Move-in Date Guarantee
When you sign up to build with Absolute Homes, we’ll give you a guaranteed move-in date. Without compromising on quality and service, we guarantee your move-in date so that you can feel confident about your budget and plans. Should the date need to change, Absolute Homes will pay you $100 per day, for every day your move-in date is delayed.
10-Year Master Build Guarantee
As a Registered Master Builder, Absolute Homes offers the 10-Year Master Build Guarantee, which can be tailored to meet your needs; to protect you from or against certain events such as loss of deposit, non-completion of building work, defective workmanship and materials, rot and fungal decay, and structural defects.

1 Year Follow Up Guarantee
For one year after the handover date, should you have any concerns related to our work or our contractors, Absolute Homes will visit at no charge to check your home and discuss any issues.
